From the important things like KPI, SOP, price matrix, His ability to read people and set goals and hold you accountable to make sure you achieve them. A Truly genuine human where his only goal is to help you succeed and be the best you and the best repair facility you can be. No matter how busy he is he will always go above and beyond to help an individual or team out. If he doesn't know the answer he will always work to help you get the answers you need.
